Head to head, same board
You and another rider play the identical board, and your scores go head to head. Boards come in a few flavors: the standard Matchup, Golden Freight with a secret word hidden in golden tiles, Bullet Train with far fewer tiles, and Short Line, where small words pay big.
One board a day, the same for everyone
Every run is graded against the Conductor, a reference player on the same board. Keep your streak going, then dare your friends to beat your score. New board at midnight, your time. Play today's Daily
A featured event
Each week brings a featured event from a rotation: race other crews in Rail Rally, pull the rope for your team in Station Skirmish, fight for territory in Depot Domination, hunt a thief across Treasure Tracks, or take on The Gauntlet's creatures.
Daily events and specials
Themed days like Multiplier Monday and Wildcard Wednesday, a Word of the Day that pays extra, daily specials, quests, and seasonal lines that dress up the rails with stamps to collect.
Special cars and tiles
Some cars carry more than a letter. Use them well and a single word can swing a match.
Word Multiplier
Doubles, triples or quadruples the whole word.
Letter Multiplier
Multiplies the value of just that letter.
Wildcard
A blank tile that becomes any letter you need.
Lightning Car
Clears its whole row for fresh letters.
Bomb Car
Blasts the tiles around it. Mind the red zone.
Caboose
Out of words in a row? Tap it to score the leftovers.
Watch for Timothy, the Trestle Troll. Use his tile in a word and he pays a toll; ignore him and he eats it.
Every run gets a grade
From Depot to Golden, your grade reflects how well you played the board, with credits for notable plays like a Long Haul word or a Double-Decker.

GOLDENA better grade means more XP. It never changes the score or who wins.
Climb the rails
- Weekly leagues. Play in a group each week and finish near the top to move up, from Bronze through Silver, Gold and Sapphire to Diamond.
- Levels and Prestige. Level up to 100, then Prestige for a permanent star and a coin bonus.
- Streaks. Play on consecutive days for an XP bonus, with Streak Shields to protect a missed day.
- Trunks. Earn reward trunks from level-ups, leagues and events, packed with coins, boosts and cosmetics.
Play together
- Friends. Add friends with a single invite link, see their scores, and rank against them.
- Challenges. Send a friend a challenge, or rematch after a close one.
- The Depot. Results, trunks, friend requests and challenges all arrive in one inbox.
- Make it yours. Collect and equip avatars, frames, nameplates and stamps as you play.

Earned in play
Every boost can be earned by playing. You can also buy some with coins, and coins can be bought.
Trunks are never sold
Reward trunks only come from playing, and grades and streaks only ever add XP.

Free players see ads between matches. Conductors ride ad-free, with member perks like bonus XP and bigger daily rewards.
